I bought this refrigerator for my office. It is to be shared by a group of five many people, so I wanted a single that was a small bigger than the typical compacts. I paid for overnight deliverly as other people had recommended. The unit arrived in a box that had been previously opened. I was a bit worried when I removed the item from the box. It had some big dents on the side, but was otherwise ok. When I plugged it in, I realized there were bigger challenges. The motor was extremely loud and was cycling continually. It would run for seven minutes and then would be off for four minutes, then on for seven, off for four - yes I essentially timed it. Everytime the unit came on it startled me. At 1st I thought that once the motor broke in, that it would turn into quiet. That did not occur. After having the unit for 24 hours and spilling a cup of coffee on my desk from my rattled nerves, I named Amazon for a replacement unit.
The new refrigerator arrived the next day. As soon as once more, it arrived in a box that had previously been opened. The replacement had a significant dent on the door, but otherwise functions terrific. It is so quiet. I barely notice it when the motor is running. What a difference! I really check it on occasion to make sure that it is operating for the reason that I don't notice it at all. I switched doors with the initially refrigerator and now I have a unit that has no important dents and it does not interrupt my work atmosphere. The actual refrigerator is good seeking and has a lot of interior space. After the knowledge with the first 1, I am a bit concerned about the reliability, but for now, I am happy.

I then received an email from Amazon saying that I only had a few days left to return it or I would be charged once more. I immediately contacted them and told them that UPS in no way referred to as and they handled it once again perfect away. UPS in no way named to shedule a choose up once again. On the other hand they did lastly leave a choose up tag at my door one particular day saying that the subsequent day would be their 3rd and final try! I did not even know they did a 1st and 2nd try.
I have to say that Amazon's Consumer Service has definitely been terrific!
